How do I purchase BlogVault?
We accept Credit Card payment. We use Stripe which is one of the safest modes of credit card transactions. Right now, we only accept payments online. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone.
Can I purchase two or more plans?
Yes. Please do remember to use different email addresses when subscribing to different plans.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments using Credit Cards, and Debit Cards including Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express as well as PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

What if my credit card was declined?
There are a few reasons why your credit card may be declined on our payment page. The most common reason is that the credit card number, CVV, or expiration date that was entered is incorrect. Please contact us on email@example.com or leave us a message, and we will assist you with the payment.
Can I change the credit card linked to my BlogVault account?

What if I want to discontinue the plan after a year?
You can discontinue the plan easily after a year right from your BlogVault dashboard. Here’s a link that will show you a step-by-step process to do the same.
What will be the pricing after a year?
After a year, the pricing will automatically go back to our regular yearly pricing (without the discount).
How do I upgrade to a higher plan of BlogVault?
You can easily upgrade to a higher plan whenever you want, right from your BlogVault dashboard, just by paying the difference in price between the 2 plans.
How are the features different between plans?
Backup plan: It focuses on Backup features such as Daily Automatic Backup, and Automatic Backup Validation.
Backup+ Security plan: This includes Staging as well as MalCare Security services.
Real time backup plan: It offers real-time account which is a go-to plan for eCommerce store sites specifically but supports enterprises and businesses well too.
What payment currencies do you accept?
All prices are in USD. We’re not able to bill for BlogVault Plans in any other currencies right now. We are working on making currencies flexible in future.
Do I need to pay for help and support?
We don’t charge you for help and support. We’d be happy to help you with any queries or issue.
Can I change my current billing address?
Yes. You can change your current billing address from the BlogVault dashboard.
Do you have any cancellation fee?
BlogVault is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. When you cancel your BlogVault account, you’ll be billed for the current cycle only and you won’t be billed again.
What are the terms of subscription?
All our plans are available for yearly subscriptions without any minimum commitments. You can cancel your BlogVault account from the dashboard whenever you want.
Can I cancel my BlogVault account whenever I want?
Yes. Although we are sad to see you go, you can cancel your BlogVault account whenever you want.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. We have 30 days money back policy.
