Can I purchase two or more plans?
Yes! Just remember to use different email addresses when subscribing to different plans!
Can I pay through PayPal?
Yes—but if you want to use PayPal, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my BlogVault account whenever I want?
Yes. Although we’d be sad to see you go, you can cancel your BlogVault account whenever you want.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards. We use Stripe for all our transactions—which is safe and credible. Right now, we only accept payments online. Purchase orders over the phone aren’t possible, unfortunately.
Can I change my current billing address?
Yes. You can change your current billing address right from the BlogVault dashboard.
What currencies do you accept?
All our prices are in USD. We cannot bill for BlogVault’s Plans in any other currencies right now, but we’re working on allowing payments in other currencies—soon!
What are the terms of subscription?
All our plans are available either for yearly subscriptions without any minimum commitments. You can cancel your account from the dashboard whenever you want, no questions asked.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase and will be issued if the tool failed to perform its key operations and let you down.
What if my credit card is declined?
There are a few reasons why a credit card may be declined on our payment page. The most common reason is that the credit card number, or CVV, or expiration date are incorrectly typed. Please try again, and enter all the details carefully. If you need further assistance, drop us a mail at email@example.com and we’ll figure it out!
Is there a setup fee?
There’s no setup fee for any of our plans! No hidden costs at all.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want, right from your dashboard. Your last charge will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis when you change your plan.
Can I change the Credit card linked to my BlogVault account?
Yes—just like all other changes, this option is available to you in your BlogVault Dashboard.
Do you have any cancellation fee?
BlogVault is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. When you cancel your BlogVault account, you’ll be billed only for the current cycle and you won’t be billed again.
Do I need to pay for help and support?
No, we believe you deserve full support for all your doubts and queries no matter what plan you’re on. We’re here to help you make the most out of BlogVault—contact us any time!
